Dr. Ralph has been a phenomenal and engaging partner in the Triangle Community. As the President of William Peace University, he was deeply committed to partnership with the Triangle Business Community. He was a regular attendee at events hosted by the Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce including attending the Inter-City Visit and Leadership Conference in Atlanta in 2024. He was very involved in the “A Better Wake” Initiative – including being a part of the Education Equity working group which was imperative in crafting The Blueprint to Dismantle Systemic Racism. Dr. Ralph even spoke about the impact of systemic harm on higher education institutions on WRAL’s “On The Record” – advocating for the work of the Blueprint.
